Refund Policy

1. Subscription Pricing
Deal Catcher subscriptions cost $1,500 USD per month. Billing is charged on a recurring monthly basis from the date of deployment.
By subscribing to the Deal Catcher AI Agent ("the Service"), you agree to the pricing and billing terms set out in this policy and in the full Terms of Service. All fees are stated in US Dollars.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts, lock-in periods, or cancellation fees.
To cancel, you may:
- Use the cancellation option in your account dashboard, or
- Send a cancellation request by email to support@dealcatcherai.com
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain full access to the Service until the end of the period you have paid for. No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.
3. Refund Policy
No refunds are provided for partial months of service. Once a billing cycle has commenced, the full monthly fee is non-refundable regardless of usage or cancellation date within that cycle.
Arcane AI does not issue prorated refunds for any unused portion of a paid billing period. This policy applies to all subscription cancellations and applies whether the cancellation is initiated by the subscriber or by Arcane AI due to a breach of the Terms of Service.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@dealcatcherai.com within 14 days of the charge date. We will review the claim and respond within 5 business days.
4. Service Interruptions
In the event of a significant, prolonged Service outage caused solely by Arcane AI (not attributable to third-party API unavailability, government registry downtime, or force majeure events), Arcane AI may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit toward a future billing cycle. Service credits are not cash refunds and have no monetary value outside of the subscription.
Temporary unavailability of third-party data sources (including government company registries) does not constitute a Service failure for the purposes of this policy and does not entitle subscribers to refunds or credits.
