1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how Arcane AI ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with the Deal Catcher AI Agent ("the Service"). Arcane AI is a software agency based in Dubai, UAE.

2. Data We Collect
We collect only the personal information necessary to provide and operate the Service. This includes:
- Identity data — your full name and the name of your organisation, provided during the onboarding and deployment process
- Contact data — your email address, used to deliver daily deal reports and to communicate with you about the Service
- Configuration data — parameters you set in the Service's configuration interface (sector filters, score thresholds, batch sizes, outreach tone preferences). This data is operational and not used for any purpose other than running your agent
- Usage data — basic logs of Service activity, including run timestamps, report delivery confirmations, and error events. This data is used exclusively for Service reliability and debugging purposes
- Payment data — billing information required to process your monthly subscription. Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor; Arcane AI does not store full payment card details
We do not collect or retain the content of any acquisition outreach messages you send using AI drafts generated by the Service.
3. How We Use Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party under any circumstances.
The data we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Delivering the daily deal report to your configured email address
- Processing your monthly subscription payment
- Communicating with you about Service updates, maintenance windows, and billing
- Diagnosing technical issues and maintaining Service reliability
- Complying with applicable legal obligations
We do not use your data for advertising, analytics platforms, or profiling purposes. We do not run your data through third-party marketing tools.
4. Data Processed by the Service
In the course of running the Deal Catcher agent, the Service retrieves company data (financial records, corporate registrations, and contact information where available) from official government company registries. This data relates to companies — not to you as an individual client. It is processed transiently for the purpose of generating your daily report and is not retained beyond what is operationally necessary.
The Service uses a large language model (LLM) API to generate outreach draft messages. The company data processed by the LLM is subject to the privacy policy of the LLM provider. We select providers with contractual terms that prohibit training on customer data.
5. Data Protection
Arcane AI takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. These include:
- Encrypted transmission of data in transit (TLS)
- Access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel only
- Regular review of third-party service providers for data handling compliance
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we are committed to protecting your information with industry-standard practices.
We retain your personal data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfil any legal or business obligations. You may request deletion of your data by emailing hello@arcane-ai.com.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@arcane-ai.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will notify active subscribers by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
